People walk around wearing them all the time. Just saw a couple in Walmart today wearing masks. It's October, the kiddies are back in school spreading
...
everything around, so why not? I thought. That old Brit did a good sneeze act.
I remember when Brits looked like that.

But I marvel at how that man sneezes *exactly* the same way, same pitch, every time!

The hero of this film can't muster a sneeze when required, so the narrator's arm comes into the frame and shakes a substantial amount of pepper all over
...
the poor fellow's head.
NO, really, a LOT of pepper -- like three or four cups.

I've seen this a few times on TV, it's great to have stuff like this on the archive.
After some of semi-relevant slapstick, we are treated to my personal ... favourite public information film star spreading disease and pestilence to his fellow men via the most implausible-sounding sneezes ever recorded, "WHOOOF! WHOOF! WHOOF!".
Then, the stern and very 1940s narrator grabs the man and sits him down for a lesson in the correct employment of a handkerchief.
This man's dopey facial expression is priceless, and the film is well worth watching just for that and the WHOOF sound effect.
